Decades of conditioning has molded a new consumer. The ho-hum era of service is alive, and many of us just accept it. Numbness is the new glaze that coats customer expectations. 

Our plea is for companies to embrace growth by running the opposite direction. Deep down, underneath those apathetic exteriors, good Repeat and Referral customers are waiting to be shocked with professional, timely and respectful service. They want it. They will pay for it. Avoid SWIICFU and create an allegiance of smiling customers.
