Once payment is received below services begin:

- DAY 1: Customer completes/returns BBO.
- DAY 2: We have introduction call (60 minutes).
- DAY 10: We have follow-up call (30 minutes).
- DAY 30: We have follow-up call (30 minutes).
- DAY 60: We have follow-up call (30 minutes).
- DAY 90: We have final call (60 minutes).
- DAY 180: SimpleBiz360™ calls/checks-in.
- DAY 365: SimpleBiz360™ calls/checks-in.
Email support throughout the 90 days.
COACHING BUDDY
Our book is necessary for this program.

- BBO provides marketplace summary.
- Goals are discussed on DAY 2.
- Goals are firmly established by DAY 10.
- Progress is monitored/reviewed/discussed.
RESULTS
- Each targeted goal is tested for 30 days.
- 30-Day evaluation is thoroughly reviewed.
- Certain results can be quantified.
- Certain results cannot be quantified.
- Customer feedback assists in value assessment.
- If worthy, the Tool is implemented permanently.
