- DAY 1: Customer completes/returns BBO.
- DAY 2: We have introduction call (60 minutes).
- DAY 10: We have follow-up call (30 minutes).
- DAY 30: We have follow-up call (30 minutes).
- DAY 60: We have follow-up call (30 minutes).
- DAY 90: We have final call (60 minutes).
- DAY 180: SimpleBiz360™ calls/checks-in.
- DAY 365: SimpleBiz360™ calls/checks-in.
